Business today is a group of articles for people in business. Todays topic is the boss. Bosses can be kind and fair, but they can also be unfair and difficult people.
I had some clients who had issues in connection to their bosses. These men were helpless and did not know how to deal with their supervisors.

Demon Belial

Demon Eligos
Eligor or Abigor is a duke and he shows up as a handsome knight. This demon answers of things hidden and secret, and of wars and their outcome.
He knows things about the future, and procures the favour of lords and knights. Eligos commands 60 legions of spirits.

Eligos can help a businessman to win the sympathy of the judge and the DA. Demon Eligos should be involved in court case spells along with other demons.

Demon Dantalion
Dantalion is the 71st spirit and he is ranked as a Duke. He shows up in the form of a man with many faces (all men’s and women’s faces) and he holds a book in his right hand.
Dantalion can teach you any arts and sciences and he will also declare to you the secret counsels of any person. Dantalion knows the thoughts of all men and women and he can change them as he desires.
This spirit can cause love. Finally, Dantalion rules 36 legions of spirits.

Summon Dantalion to heal your relationship with your boss. Dantalion is usually summoned during love spells, because this demon can change attitudes and thoughts.

The honey pot spell
You will need:
a new pot of honey
2 candles (one candle represents you and the second candle represents your boss)
2 paper dolls (one paper doll represents you and the second paper doll represents your boss)
the seals of Lucifer, Belial, Andromalius, Eligos and Dantalion
gifts for the demons
a short letter to the demons (maximum 10 sentences long)
powdered cinnamon and powdered vanilla
Ground cinnamon and powdered vanilla are the spice of love, but they can be used in the honey pot spell. You can lubricate the candles with sunflower oil and roll in cinnamon and vanilla.
Cinnamon and vanilla can be added to the honey pot too.
You need to form a ritual circle. Summon the demons and give them their gifts. Next, you need to read your letter to the demons and ask the demons to mend your relationship with your boss.
Place the paper dolls into the honey pot and read your witch spell over the honey pot 3 times. Your boss is expected to become milder towards you.
The witch bottle
I have made such bottles for employees who were victims of bullies at the work place. I will list the ingredients for this type of witch bottle here.
You will need:
a white candle (lubricate the candle with olive oil and roll it in ground garlic)
the seals of Lucifer, Andromalius, Belial, Murmur and Eligos
graveyard soil from a lawyers grave
a glass jar with a screw lock
a paper doll of the employee
metal foil
a petition to the demons from the employee
a witch spell on a sheet of paper
garlic, black pepper corns, cloves, metal nails
salt
scotch tape
You need to summon the above mentioned demons and a dead lawyer, and request protection. The paper doll of the employee is baptized and packed into the seals of the demons. All this is packed into the metal foil.
The petition is read and folded into a small scroll. A small amount of salt is poured into the glass jar to cover the bottom of the glass jar.
The metal foil package and the petition are dropped into the jar with salt. Garlic, black pepper corns, cloves, metal nails, graveyard soil from a lawyers grave are added to the glass jar.
A witch spell is spoken 3 times. The witch spell on the sheet of paper is rolled into a small scroll and dropped into the glass jar.
Salt is poured into the glass jar to the brim. The glass jar is closed and secured with tape. As long as the glass jar is unopened and unbroken, the witch bottle will protect the employee.
The boss is expected to treat the employee in a fair way.
Manipulative witchcraft
on the boss
This method is very powerful, because a doll of the difficult boss is used in this ritual. A dead soldier is a very powerful spirit and takes the boss into its claws.
You need to make a doll of your boss and you need to manipulate the thoughts of the boss. Demons Lucifer, Murmur, Andromalius, Belial, Eligos and Dantalion should be summoned.
You also need to make a doll of the dead soldier and attach the spirit doll to the doll of the boss. You also need to “program” the doll of the dead soldier for a certain mission.
You need to summon a dead lawyer for this ritual and request help to help deal with your difficult boss. The doll of the boss is restricted with threads and painted with a mixture of:
