The Olympic spirit Phul is described in the Arbatel De magia veterum, but the description is very short and not enough to know all the abilities of this spirit. Therefore, I advice to do lots of rituals with this spirit.
Only then will you be able to draw conclusions about the wide working mode of this spirit. It is because Phul is a lunar spirit. Lunar spirits are connected to the subconscious minds of humans and animals.
There is a similar spirit in the Goetia: Sabnock. Marquis Sabnock is also a lunar spirit and he is capable of inducing “lunar” paranoia in enemies, by striking their subconscious mind with temporary mental illness.

In my magick with the spirits of the Moon (like Sabnock), I use the correspondences of Yesod. The correspondences of the Moon for witchcraft are such:
Ruling planet: Moon
Day: Monday
Astrological hour: Moon
Paper seal colour: purple
Candle colour: silver or purple
Metal: silver
Number: 9 (9 items for example)
Gem: clear quarts
The best day for rituals with Phul is Monday. You can fine tune your magick by selecting the astrological hour of the Moon.
