He appears in the form of a beautiful angel sitting in a flaming chariot. If asked, he distributes high titles of senatorship, and grants favours of friends and enemies.
Upon request, Belial gives very good Familiar spirits. Belial rules 80 legions of spirits.

Demon Belial: how he can help you
Belial can fix bank loans, troublemakers in high positions, and force people to pay back your money to you. If you are treated poorly, Belial will force the troublemakers to treat you well.
Because of Belial’s ability to enter into people’s minds he is a suitable demon to help you win court cases. Belial has power over any man or woman, no matter their social status or job title.
